My background is primarily in systems engineering and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Alongside infrastructure and IT work, I've spent years building internal tools, scripts, utilities, and automation to solve real-world problems and make IT operations more efficient.

Development has always complemented the systems engineering side of my work rather than replaced it. When a process is slow, repetitive, or error-prone, the fix is usually a script or a small tool — so that's what I build.
For years that has meant internal tools, utilities, and automation for MSP environments: things that save technicians time, reduce manual steps, and keep systems consistent.
Publishing publicly
Releasing public applications is newer territory for me. I'm currently expanding into Android development and publishing apps through Google Play, applying the same practical, problem-first approach I use internally.
